• Perform cell fusions and generate hybridomas.
• Maintain various cell lines.
• Develop cell-based assays to characterize cellular responses to drug and antibody treatments.
• Perform flow cytometry assays.
• Develop new cell lines through plasmid transfection and antibiotic selection.
• Prepare reagents, aliquoting, and manage stock.
• Maintain detailed experimental records and write reports at stipulated intervals.

• Experience in cell culture using adherent mammalian cells.
• Experience in molecular cloning and transfection, including: DNA construct building, plasmid production, and transfection and/or electroporation techniques.
• Cell line development: ability to screen, isolate, and validate specific cell populations.
• Basic knowledge of cellular biology with the ability to develop manipulation methods.
